Our Safe Church Policy has been an integral part of our Christian Education Program since its inception in 2007. 

We implemented this policy by requiring each person working with the youth of our church to attend a small-group training session. 

The meetings and the open discussions have been a learning process for everyone, giving our volunteers an opportunity to ask questions and raise issues about our Safe Church Policy.
