Overview

Casa Hogar is an orphanage in Oaxaca City, Mexico that houses approximately 80 children.

Here they are, gathered around the school bus that shuttles them to and from a number of the local Oaxaca schools.

Casa Hogar is the only facility in the region that accepts children with special needs (blindness, deafness, cerebral palsy, polio, seizures and learning disabilities).

Casa Hogar provides for these children who are otherwise neglected in Mexico.

Our help is necessary because Casa Hogar has no means of raising support on their own in Mexico. They depend on aid from the United States to feed, clothe and shelter these children.

In coordination with Simply Smiles, Inc, a non-profit organization, we help Casa Hogar by providing:

       - money (to pay for food and shelter)

       - supplies (clothing, diapers, medicine, toys)

       - education (at present children with special needs receive sporadic education)
