There’s something steady and life-giving about 10:00 AM worship at Monroe Congregational Church.
It’s a weekly pause button; a chance to breathe, to be reminded you’re not alone, and to listen again for the voice of God in the midst of real life. We gather with all our joys and worries, our questions and hopes, and we find ourselves held by prayer, scripture, music, and a community that makes room for the whole of who you are.
Whether you come feeling strong or worn thin, confident or unsure, you can simply arrive. God meets us here; sometimes in the words, sometimes in the silence, sometimes in the music offered by the chancel choir, bell choir, folk band, and other special musicians, sometimes in the shared smile during the passing of the peace.
